Zufff operates the Zufff Customer and Zufff Delivery Partner applications and related services in Telangana, India, including Metpally and Korutla.

We comply with applicable Indian data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

We collect personal information such as name, email, phone number, delivery address, location (as needed for delivery), and order details.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store full card details.

We use your information to process orders, coordinate deliveries, provide support, and improve services.

We may share necessary information with partner stores, delivery partners, payment providers, IT service providers, and AI service providers (including Google Gemini, provided by Google LLC / Google AI) when you use features that rely on them.

We do not sell your personal information.

You may request access or correction of your personal data by contacting us.

Data may be stored securely and retained as required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Voice Shopping / AI assistant

If you use Voice Shopping / Voice AI in the Zufff Customer app, we process your requests using Google Gemini (provided by Google LLC / Google AI) via our backend so the assistant can understand what you ask for.

When you use this feature, the following data may be sent or processed:

• Voice audio / microphone input
• Conversation content (what you say or type to the assistant)
• Display name (for greeting)
• Delivery location coordinates (to find nearby restaurants and products)
• Device local time and timezone

Purpose: to understand your shopping requests, search our catalog and restaurants, and help add items to your cart. Voice Shopping / Voice AI does not take payments or place paid orders by itself.

This data is transmitted to Google for AI processing as part of providing the Voice Shopping / Voice AI feature. Google Gemini is a third-party AI service; we require that it provide protection for this data consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

You can decline by not using Voice Shopping / Voice AI. Other parts of the Zufff app remain available without this feature.

We do not sell Voice Shopping / Voice AI data.
